Please help! Rough idle / stalling out
Please help
99' Formula ... 408 Stroker w/ LS3 top end, 4l80e... professionally dyno tuned last week and ran quite well .... now it's having a rough time idling and accelerating ....
Sometimes it randomly surges while idling
Runs rough when finding the idle and when it starts to drop it has a tendency to stall unless I give it gas
I floored it once and it just died
When attempting to start it back up ... the trip odometer resets itself and the gauges move all the way to the right and then back down - perhaps low voltage w/ battery/alternator (I recently installed HID head and fog lights) I did read an article saying that 99' was a year with low voltage.
here are my thoughts (I'm still a rookie so any suggestions would be helpful - esp if you have had similar issues ... thank you)
Possibilities:
Vacuum leak, IAC, TPS, dirty MAF, the tune itself, something to do with fuel - pump, filter, pressure.
What do you think?
