Default Fuel leakdown rate

Have always had to cycle key twice before a cold start on the car. Put a racetronix pump on it, same thing. Car holds 60psi through all phases of engine runs(idle-WOT). I was wondering what the leakdown rate is? It will go from 60psi to about 30psi in roughly 45 seconds. Then, it will eventually leak to near 0psi. Will this actual hurt anything as far as performance goes? I don't mind cycling the key to start it, just don't want to toast anything while running the car WOT. I can't see why it would..any info is appreciated!

After some further research, it looks as if the plastic feed line from the pump can get a pinhole or come loose and cause a leakdown in pressure and/or a hard cold start issue. I may look into that when i feel froggy enought to pull the canister again...
