Default Sealing fuel pressure sensor threads

I have a flow through fitting for a pressure sensors and I'm having trouble getting it to seal and not leak. I've tried multiple brands of fitting and liquid ptfe thread sealant. Is there a ethanol resistant ptfe tape? If so who makes it and where can I find it? Outside of getting a new pressure sensor, which seams an expensive option, any other ideas? I'm only running 58psi

Problem is the system is for ethanol as well and don't want to use something that isn't ethanol resistant

I've never tried it with alcohol, but have used it with water, fuel oil, and LP gas. I've used it with as much as 300 PSI

I'm sure ptfe tape would have no issues with ethanol

Or PTFE paste.

Are you sure you're applying it and tightening it correctly ?

If you're leaking that badly, you have bigger issues.

Are you sure you're even using the right threads for sensor and where it screws into ?

In theory they should seal with no additional sealant, although NPT threads are pretty ****.

That's what I figured as well, I mean it 1/8 npt and I'm not an idiot. I actually contacted the pressure manufacturer to see if it might be a defect but they refused to replace it and suggested tape instead of paste. I'll give it a try next week, I just removed it and ran a union as of now
