Need of some Intake advice on my new 408 build
I am trying to figure out what kind of intake and throttle body I should go with. I am build a LS swap mustang and putting in a 408 with RHS CNC'd heads. Should I go with a Fast 102 and throttle body, or a super victor EFI with a Accufab 4150 throttle body, or the Super Victor EFI with a elbow and a throttle body. This car is going to be a street car only. So what does everybody think.

Cathedral heads or rectangle port heads? You said street car only...... I honestly do the fast. It would have better drivability and more torque under 6500rpm where most real street cars live life. I wouldn't do a hi rise setup unless you plan on spinning the car up to 7 plus rpm down the quarter all the time. A ported fast would be the hot ticket in my opinion...

People run both no problem, but the fast is definitely a better product especially if your using as a DD , the fast will be nice for that since it makes good power at all rpm, I'm not positive on the Vic but I think it's peak power is around 6k,so ask yourself this, how often are you going to be at 6k rpm on the street like you would a track., not very often for me or I would be ripping through traffic like a mad man.

Good choice, you will either need the fast rails or ls2 rails.. if your getting fast rails you can get black or red. . Wish I would have got black, the red isn't the same red as the X on the manifold, and it not quite dark as the red fuel fittings from aeromotive
