It's an 87 Foxbody. The goal is ~600hp or so to begin with and later on get up to ~800-850. I've been looking at Magnafuel's Pro Tuner Series and believe that I may go with the 4303. Is there any reasons to this being a good or bad idea? Car will be primarily a strip car with maybe a little Friday night cruising action later on.

internal pump or external pump? I'm assuming its an external pump, if so the re are a ton of options. Look in the forced induction section and you will find some info.. Aeromotive and holley both make great pumps that are e85 compatible. I would also say to contact some sponsors who specialize in this category. I'm no fuel expert but there are tons of options out there for you

I plan on running a Holley Dominator on my truck, going for twice the power though. Not many use Holley but for the price and the name I bet it's gonna perform amazing.

looking at external and right now I'm thinking of the Magna Fuel Pro Tuner MP-4303. LOOKING AT A 76-78mm turbo and ad previously stated ~650rqhp+ on E85 through a th400.

I was just in the same position with nearly the same build. I was set on the magnafuel pump until I read on another post that it only has a 45 minute runtime before it starts getting hot, losing fuel pressure, and heating up the fuel. I would suggest doing dual walbro 450s if you still want to have fun on the street. I'm in the process of putting triple walbro 255s in my tank just because I have them already.

I have no experience with the 4303, just going by what I've read. Try it out and let us know!

I'm going magnafuel because they are local, rebuild able and want a single pump setup. Was going to sump my tank but now leaning towards just welding a -12 bung to the bottom of the tank. Anything wrong with that?

I'm building a very similar setup, and went with the Aeromotive Eliminator external pump. Rated for 1400hp forced induction on pump gas, so should pump out enough for my 750hp goal on E85.

I'm gonna be running the Magnafuel 4303 myself. Car is going to be strip only at least in the beginning, so not too worried about a 45minute runtime right now. Trying to decide now on what regulator and and what size fuel lines I need to run now. Was planning on -10AN but not sure if it's too big and should go with an -8AN

I have a turbo 5.3 as well. I am shooting for 500hp on e85 on 80# injectors but don't want to be maxed out. Currently I have a single Bosch 044 pump but will eventually go to a dual 044 setup. Or possibly a dual Walbro 255 (external). Either of those will be enough for my measly goal haha
