When should i upgrade fuel rails and injectors?

When should i upgrade fuel rails and injectors? Pretty vague question dependent on set up,tune and duty cycle of the injectors. I don't know to much bout the ls motors as far as what injectors and harness interchange,what rails fit on what intakes and injectors.
My questions regarding this topic are because I plan to do some upgrades for more power. I already have a racetronicx 255 and another 255 installed in the tank. I'm running a set of ford 39lb injectors on stock rails with no regulator,worked 243's and fast 102 running c16 on a 415 with a 200 hit off a plate. I'm wanting to add the second stage of nitrous and don't know if my rails are adequate or my injectors are ok. I think the tuner would know but figured I'd ask here. I'm at 507 rwhp before the hit btw
Maybe and if I need to upgrade what should I look for and what part numbers to make sure I order the right stuff.
