I've been dealing with this fuel level gauge since I first installed the rwcetronix kit several years ago. Sometimes I would show an accurate level then some days it seemed like the float would get hung up on something in the tank because it would stop moving. I have replaced the float and the electronic portion the float attaches to but I continue to have the same issues.

I've checked the wires and nothing is pinched, cut or shorting out. I pulled the pump assembly out again to make sure the float arm is not hitting the pumps and it isn't.

Any ideas how to fix this once and for all? The video below is after I filled the tank completely and was sitting at the gas station idling.
