Stock Fuel Pump - 30 psi
I recently measured my fuel pressure and noticed it was only putting out 30 psi which explains my recent performance issues. The psi drops even lower when the throttle is opened. I have read in other threads that the stock fuel pump should be close to 60. Also, my fuel gauge is very non-responsive and will read empty most of the time.
I was looking at getting the Racetronix fuel pump assembly and had a question before I pulled the trigger.
Should I also look at purchasing a new housing in order to fix the fuel gauge reading? I have a feeling it might be the sending unit.
