Default cammed bolt on 5.3 tech questions

Hey guys I got a 5.3 I just put a cam in with flat top pistons and ported polished heads with bigger valves. Anyways while tuning I noticed my injector duty cycle is way up (115) and it runs out of fuel.
I'm about to buy new injectors but I have some questions when you cam an engine it loses some vacuum . How does the pressure regulator work properly now?

pressure regulator works by decreasing fuel pressure as engine vacuum rises (ie idle) so in effect you are increasing your fuel pressure by lowering the engine vacuum closer to 0 inhg, or 100kpa. You merely compensate for it in the tune.
