2001 Trans Am WS6- in tank options had a racetronix 255 for 5 years in the tank and the thing just took a crap on me, had to rig up my 2nd pump to come on with ignition now.
what are the options these days regarding replacement 255 or similar in tank replacements for the 2001 trans am ws6 ?? I would prefer to keep the bucket and everything, but if the next best option is to modify the bucket to fit a aeromotive 340 or similar I would gladly do that.
I know the racetronix is a walbro, but is the direct from walbro fuel pump a more reliable pump? The total mileage on the racetronix we have is no way more than 20k miles as we don't drive the car that much, always keep the battery in good shape and installed the wiring harness that came with the racetronix.
