Default swap fuel system questions

I have been slowly gathering parts do do an ls conversion into my CJ7 Jeep. I had been planning on running a walbro 255 with a corvette filter regulator with a -6an feed line and have the pump and filter regulator. However have been contemplating building a 408. I have two engines one being an ls6 with some lightly hand ported 243 heads and a 226-232 cam shaft which i think this fuel system would be fine. The second motor I have is a 6.0 that I would do a 402-408 stroker with afr 230 heads lsxr 102 intake, (would have to decide on cam shaft and injectors for it still).

Question is will this 255 pump, -6an fuel line, and corvette filter regulator work ok if i go the stroker motor, or would I be better off going larger with separate regulator and larger line and/or larger pump so i have plenty of capacity?

EDIT: forgot to add based on my research looked like the vette filter regulator is good to around 500hp ish, but wanted opinions on which is best option for my swap.

Well, here is what I did.

I used a Walbro 450 LPH pump and a Fuelab filter and regulator. I also used a Tanks Inc. pick-up that I modified slightly to use the 450 pump. I left the regulator and filter at the back of the car. The line comes out of the tank, through the filter, then regulator. I then have a -8 line running to the front. The regulator is mounted about 3" from the tank pick-up so the return line is about 3" long and it is -6an.

I have a gauge at the back and the front and there is no pressure drop. Right now the engine is stock, but should be 600 hp by next spring. I have an aluminum line run from the front of the car to the back for vacuum reference should I need it.
