Default Who has drilled an aftermarket pump to accept 99-02 venturi/jet pump?

Looking to upgrade to a Walbro F90000267 pump but don't want to give up the full functionality of the factory bucket. Have seen a couple references to drilling a small hole and inserting a barb into the top of the pump to recreate the venturi/jet pump feature of the factory pump, but haven't been able to find much specific info or many results. Who here has done this? Has it worked well for you? Are there any caveats to this approach?

FWIW, car will be a stock motor LS1 w/ an Incon twin turbo kit. Goal is around 500-550rwhp on 93 octane no meth. Car will be a daily driver in warm months so don't want to push a pump too much in terms of capacity so-as to leave some room for error and hopefully increase reliability. Seems as if this power level with boost is right in between a 255lph pump and needing twins or a bigger single like the aforementioned Walbro.

I'm looking for the higher capacity 430lph E85-compatible Walbro pump. Thanks for the link, if I don't go this route I'd either get that pump or the Racetronix kit.
