I'm having problems with my fuel pump the relay is not getting a ground when I ground the relay the fuel pump it works but wont quit running and car wont start.I replace fuel pump and relay both new.. If I leave my battery hook up the battery shorts out.does anyone know what I should be looking for next .. I took it to 3 shops and no one knows how to fix it.. Thanks..
