cylinder 1 misfire issue

cylinder 1 misfire issue I'm having a problem with a misfire in cylinder one. I replaced all the spark plugs and wires. I then replaced the coil pack for cylinder one and the drivers side upstream of sensor because I popped a code for that also but I still have the misfire code...any help???
