Default Help! Problems with my fuel pum/hotwire installation

I purchase a 99-02 LS1 F-Body Complete Fuel Pump Assembly W/RACETRONIX 255LPH Pump Installed (up to 600HP) that has the Racetronix FPA-001B 255 LPH Pump from ws6 store and the Racetronix FPWK-017A Plug and play HotWire Kit. My mechanic install everything and we start the car with no problems, Car was running for 20 min no problems at all, I took IT for a spin and 10 min later the car turn off running I try to turn it on again and the fuel pump is not working. I dont know what happened as the car was working good until I drove it. Any special instructions I had to follow, everything seem to be pretty direct plug in. as I had the complete fuel pump assembled already.

I change the fuel pump into the old one and connected with the stock connections and it work with no problems.

do I have the incorrect hotwire kit? Or did i had to modify something in the new fuel pump?

Please advice, I need to get my car running as is my daily driver.

Fuse, or maybe your pump relay bit the dirt?

Check the fuse, pump relay, and make sure the mechanic made a good connection to ground (to the frame - bare metal). Also double check any terminal connections that were made and ensure they are tight (soldered is definitely preferred). Double check that the power wire coming off of the alternator is connected securely.

Did he change the fuel hose in the tank, and use the wrong type hose?
