Default Fueling questions

So I have been chasing down a problem with my fuel pressure not holding. I have replaced my racetronix pump and fuel pressure regulator but now I'm questioning if by removing my evap system I have somehow screwed this up on my own.

So spent time pulling the tank out and freeing up the pump bucket and looking. So to start the top of the intank pressure hose was leaking badly. Put on a new crimp and it still leaked. Pulled that off and put on two screw clamps so that held. Now with the extra pressure gas is leaking out around the fuel pressure regulator. Pull it apart and now the car won't even hold 20 lbs of fuel. I think its time for a external fuel pressure reg.

Ordered a Aeromotive FPR today. Just have to decide how I'm going to hook it up.
