Default Need advice on E85 fuel system for 750-800rwhp

Hey everyone. I have a 2002 Silverado with an L33 5.3 and an S475 turbo. I'm going to run E85 and I plan on going with a double pumper setup for fuel pumps. My main questions are:

1) Do I need to go bigger sized fuel lines for 750-800rwhp on E85 or will stock suffice?

2) What are the truck fuel rails limit for power? Do I need to go to an aftermarket rail for my power goals or will the truck rails suffice?

3) Stock fuel pressure regulator or aftermarket?

Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

You're going to try and increase power production more than 2 1/2 times over stock. And doing it with a fuel that has a lot fewer BTU's. The stock fuel system needs to go - all of it.

Dual pumps, big lines, aftermarket return style regulator, etc. Big power needs big fuel.

^ Agreed.
1) Should definitely go with larger size fuel lines. Not sure how large the stock lines are but I'm guessing that they are going to be pretty restrictive at those levels.
2) I've heard of people making 800+ hp on stock rails so they should suffice only if they are stainless. If they are the plastic rails than no either go aftermarket or maybe run L59 stainless rails
3)I would recommend a boost referenced fpr

This is the fuel system we did on a 05 vette w/ a D1SC on E85 that made 800rwhp

Fore Innovations dual pumps, return system, -8 fuel line, boost referenced regulator, ID1300's@3 bar

Feed line Y's into the front of each fuel rail, out of the back each rail goes to the the regulator, then the return line out the bottom of the regulator back to the tank.

I know there's a couple different ways to setup a fuel system but that's how we do all of ours. That way both rails are always receiving full fuel flow from the pump.

At 800rwhp on corn injector duty cycle was about 70%.

Detoxx has a vette that is similar to the one we built but his is making a lot more power. He has the same fuel system except he has triple pumps. IIRC his injector duty cycle was high 50's I think. That 3rd pump makes a big difference.

Over build your fuel system, especially if you are going to run E85.
