6.0 with LS3 topend injector question

6.0 with LS3 topend injector question Bear with me because I'm a complete newbie with the LS platform. I just picked up a forged bottom end 6.0 with LS3 heads and intake. I don't have injectors or rails. Goal is 1000hp twin turbo. I have 2 questions
1.Do I need to run the short LS2 style injectors? I read something about the taller injectors not seating in the intake or being loose.
2.What would be a good set of rails for this?
Keep in mind this is going to be a fairly lowbuck set up with china turbos (either GT45s or 76/65s)
I'm going to order an MS3-Pro this weekend and need to know what injector connection to specify for the harness
