What size throttle body is needed for any given power level, N/A? 450hp? 500? 600? At the crank...

I got 413 wheel h.p., close to 500 flywheel with a ported ls1 78mm throttle body. For 600 a 90 or 92 would do it. I'm currently building an 427 and went with the MSD intake and 102mm but my tuner said a 90 would have been ok even at my expected 700 h.p.
