Exclamation SWAP-LT1>LS1:Racetronix LS1 pump in LT1 tank?

Did a 94 LT1 to 98 LS1 swap in my Trans Am. The LS1 requires (58psi) vs the LT1s (48psi) stock pump. randomly while at a stop light the car would sputter, nothing crazy just barley noticable. I had to feather the gas pedel to get it back up. Not sure what this might be but im going to replace the fuel pump anyways and i was looking at racetronix fuel pump kits but was unsure what to buy since my car is a little odd since the surgery

My Fuel system is stock from the LT1 with a corvette Fuel filter/Regulator that i installed for the swap, the regulator is advertised at 58psi, dont know if this enough but i heard the stocker pump should be replaced with one that can handle 58psi. I wanted to buy a direct plug n play pump kit from racetronix but they offer kits based on year and i dont know if i buy the 98 ls1 kit if it will fit in my 94 tank. Can i just buy the pump for the 98 LS1 and use it in the 94 tank. Would i need the LT1 harness?

Any advice is greatly appricated. thanks

Buy the Racetronix pump for the LT1. It will work just fine at 58psi.

Pressure is determined by the regulator. Our RXP pumps are fine for LSx pressures of 58PSI and over.
