Question Injector size??????

i have been told that with the 125hp dry shot and the mods in my sig that my stock injectors are prolly close to maxed out...so if i need new injectors that is fine but i am not sure which ones to get. i was thinking 30lbers but was just wanting your opinion....also brands, and pricing would be helpful..thanks

An LT1 with a 125 shot should not need more than a 32# or 34 # injector.

We need more info on your mods. How much RWHP are you currently pushing with / without the 125 shot etc.

On my stock 28.8's I was at 93% duty cycle @ 6600 rpm with my cam and bolt on ls1. I had the stock injectors to 440 rwhp on a 125 shot when I was stock but I think they were pretty much maxed out at that.

I installed a set of 42.5 SVO's ( 51# at ls1 pressure ) and Im at 51% duty cycle at 472 RWHP on a 75 shot dry ( which is about near the limit of the stock pump )

Hope it helps.

Honestl I have no idea what my RWHP i just got the H&C done and have not had a chance to have it dynoed....I am running stock heads and intake with hand P&P heads, port matched intake, along with a CC306 1.6rr, comp "R" lifters, guideplates, hardened PR and all the other usual mods....with PCMforless tuning....do you need any more info...the reall reason i was concerned is because this is a dry shot...not sure if that is what you were talking about in ref to yourself....

Ahhh . . . I just noticed your an LT1 . . . Im not sure what your fuel injectors/ pump maxx out at compared to mine ?

Mine was a dry shot also fwiw. I would upgrade your injectors and fuel pump if you want to do the hole 125 shot. . . .or at minimum hop on a dyno and slowly up the shot to see how your fuel system holds up.

You should run at least 24# SVO injectors. THis is if you are running a NOS Dry kit. if you are running a wet kit you are just fine

LT1's already have 24# injectors, stock. get the SVO or Venom 30#'s and you will be fine and not be too rich on normal street driving.
