Well i will be doing it on the f body for the first time tommorrow but i changed them on my truck, on that it was simple, unbolt the rails, unclip the wires running to each injector, the injectors just "snap" into the rail and "snap" into the intake make sure you use greese so you do not break o-rings if you break these it will cause you a lot of headaches!! good luck and if you want anymore info i will know more after tomorrow

GREASE THE O-RINGS as stated before. I learned the hard way...no grease...broken o-rings...gas all over!!! Really it's not that hard though. The hardest part is just reaching all of them seeing as how half our motors are under the dash.

Here is a cut and paste from the search.
Heres a shot:
-Release pressure from tank by removing gas cap.
-Ignition off/DC battery (I always forget the DC battery part)
-Use fuel disconnect tool to release fuel line from rail
-unplug fuel injectors
-remove 4 fuel rail to intake bolts
-make sure all wires, etc. are out of the way from rails and injectors
-lift up on rail, may have to wiggle side to side slightly, be careful once released from the intake, the leftover fuel may splash.
-drain fuel from rail and injectors by holding on end into a container.
-release injector clamp, pull injector out, again care for splash.
-lube o-rings of new injectors, oil, KY, vaseline...
-insert injector into rail at appropriate angle. use care as to not get o-ring caught on sides, and tearing it while trying to force the injector into its seat.
-clamp new injectors, with wire connector facing out.
-lube o-rings again for mating with intake
-place rail and injectors back onto intake, slightly wiggle into seated position
-tighten bolts 8ft lbs
-reconnect injector harness, and all other previously removed connections
-reconnect fuel line, simply push back onto rail until positive "click" is heard
-reconnect battery
-turn key to run position, look for leaks, no leaks, start and test. If the injectors are much larger tune immediately to avoid washing the cylinders.
Hope this helps.
If you cut any o-rings, a trip to Home Depot, Lowes etc.. look for 9/16x5/16 @ 1/8"thick o-rings. They work like a charm and no issues from heat or fuel.
