Would a walbro 255lph inline pump be better than a intank pump what are the advantages of it being in tank thanks

Intank hands down better. Quieter, flows the same,etc,etc.

about how long do the intank pumps last? why is it better i have to make a choice within the next 2 days thanks for the help
