Default Fuel PSI dropping at idle, HELP.

Well, we had no issues when the car was on the dyno making 551rwhp and 447rwtrq. But now when the car sits and idles or when I am cruising the fuel psi will drop from 59-60 down to 47psi. And I am not even getting the car into boost or driving it hard, this is just cruising. I am sitll breaking in the clutch. We have replaced the pump twice already with other Walbros and still nothing. We are moving on to check the lines and the regulator.

Does anyone have any other ideas? This is on my 04 Procharged/Cammed GTO with a Walbro pump and 60# injetcors.

Help if you can please!!!

Remove vacuum from regulator and see iff it goes back to 60#.This is how the system works. Im just not sure what Idle fuel pressure should be but 47 sonds about normal.

I hate this!!! I can't just order the regulator for my stupid car. It has to be the entire system!!! There goes another 350!

Holy crap we may have a winner! I think the fuel psi issue has been solved!!! We replaced the entire regulator setup on the car and we are steady at 61psi...w00t
