Default Crazy fuel pressure problem

I just installed a Walbro 255lph because my stock pump was going out. I got the whole thing back together, and now my car only has 20psi max. I started it to see if it would raise up, but it stayed at about 20. If you try to give it gas, obviosily it dies from lack of fuel. What did I do wrong?

Did you get the pressure line clamps tight. If they are not TIGHT they will leak and bleed of pressure..

I'm pretty sure I have them tight. I pulled it apart to check. I've tried reistalling the factory pump, which I know was losing pressure. But it still had enough to start the car. It is only getting at most 20. What else might be wrong?
