Question Need help: Leaking injector=No start?

I finally got my new setup ready to go, went to start it and it just cranks and does not turn over. I put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail to check it and with the key in the ON position the pressure goes up to 10 psi and goes right back to 0 psi. So I checked everything and found raw gas leaking at injector #7 where the top of the injector connects to the fuel rail. It's pretty bad and drips down to the base of the intake.

Obviously I have to fix the leak, but before I move to the next step (fuel pump check) I need to know if a leak like this will cause enough pressure drop like I have and a no-start problem?

Here's a run down of my fuel system:

98 Racetronix Plug n Play pump
42-lb Delphi injectors
Stock fuel rail
new Fram fuel filter

Any help would be appreciated.

No even eith the injector wide open it should still attain aboy 50-60 psi no problem.. Sounds like a bad pump.
