Default Replacing Fuel Line?

How hard is it to replace the fuel line going from the top of the tank to the filter.. that hard plastic line.. i need to put that steel braided or something to run with this external pump. do i need to drop the tank? do i need to cut an aspect panel? can i do it by just reaching up there?

to do it right you will need to drop the tank...dont cut corners and half *** it, as it will only cause problems in the long run

You can not pull fuel from the top to feed an external pump you need a sumped tank.
