Default full throttle to start

I recently overheated when my fans seized up.
Now, whenever I try to start the car, I have to floor the gas to get it to
run. I have to pump it some to keep it running.

Once warmed up it runs ok, but idles at about 1100 rpms.
It should idle at 950 with my cam.
There's some white smoke until it warms up.
Fuel pump primes to 58, runs at 52.

Does this sound like a headgasket ?

Any ideas ?
