Walbro 255 IN-LINE, how much max PSI?
What is the max PSI a 255LPH GSL 392 Walrbo will pump, eg. if my reg limits the engine to 58psi, how much psi will I see thru the return fuel line?
Will it be low or high psi in the return?

If you are using the stock regulator, the additional volume of the Walbro "may" increase the pressure 4 - 6 psi. The stock regulator is just an orifice and is not adjustable. Should not be a problem.

Who knows? I just got a little worried when I read these pumps have a max of 125psi pumping in them, thought 58psi would go to engine and the other 60 odd psi back thru return, but I guess the pump wouldnt be running at 125psi to start with.

Return pressure doesn't work that way. If you run a walbro through an open cut line into a bucket it would show less than 10psi (depending on the hose size). I'd use high pressure fittings just to be safe...not much $$ anyway.

Ok because the return system isnt a sealed pressurised unit in the fuel tank etc, it bleeds off pressure?
Trying to keep costs down but not skimp out where needed, so good high quality on hi psi side and where I can safely save a $1 I'll try and do so, thanks for your help champ.
