Question Fuel pressure dropping 20 psi above 4500 rpm

I have a procharged 98 camaro SS running 10 lbs of boost thats at the tuning shop right now, when it was put on the dyno the fuel pressure dropped from 60 psi to 40 psi almost instantly at 4500 rpm, It has a walbro 255 in the tank and 60 pound injectors what could be causing this drop? and what can be done to rectify the problem?

You might get away with moving the return line up to the rail. The cause is the crappy return loop located in the back of the car or a voltage drop at the pump.
