I think all the big boys run dual feed, like Harlans last set up.

I run a single feed, with the FPR at the end of the passenger rail.

If you're doing it, do it right... 1st picture will flow more fuel and have better distribution.

Most everyone i talk to says that the 255's are good for 500-550 FI. Get meth ontop of that and you are good for alot more.
A setup like the first pic is for the guys that make over 1k RWHP. The guys that need EVERYTHING perfect. The second setup can handle more then 1k RWHP but not as perfectly as the other setup can.
Goin from a setup like you mentioned to a setup liek these is about 1500$.
There is ALOT involved in goin big like those. New feed lines different fuel tanks most of the time. Big pumps. Rails FPR's. All very expensive ****. GL

ok...here is why i am looking at these setups..

i have dual intank walbros...stock feed line...CAS Adj FPR...Speed Inc Billet rails. 60# motorons

my car cannot maintain fuel pressure at WOT...it ramps up to 70psi and back down by redline. This is roughly 700+RWHP here.

i just spend ~200 thru summit to get setup #2...but i already have the FPR, rails..etc.... what i got was...intank y connector...bulk head connector...20ft -8 AN....-8/-8 connectors (3)..3/8 - 6 connector...-8/-8 fuel filter

i decided to go rought #1 - i ordered the aero FPR..cause it has the fitting for the guage is right there...-6/-6 one...aero y block with -10/-8 reducer and (2) -8/-6 reducers. that was another 200+ purchase.

keeping the stock tank...and using the stock fuel feed line as the return line...doing the same setup as MightyMouse, except dual feeds to each rail

I've always seen dual feeds and haven't seen any problems...

I'm running a weldon 2025, split to the rails, then out of the rails to the regulator and then the return to a fuel cooler and back to the tank. I pretty much copied Stenod's setup on Kevin's formula with the addition of Rick (aka 2001ws6's) cooler setup.

single feed, but plan to switch to dual eventually.
the single is abviously cheaper, the dual better.

I run -10 to the front, -8 crossover, and -6 return. All with a Weldon regulator. Screw the stock lines there Ernest.

I dont think you need to run dual lines up to the rails, you could just run two -8 into a -10 'y' then go up the car and split off again, that should save about 100 worth of hose.

Get the moroso Y block their only about 30 buck each.

Any advice for the C5's?

I don't think twin intanks are an option in the vettes. I've heard many are using the intank to a sump which feeds the rails through an external pump.
