Default Gas prices going up better mpg atomizer?

I saw this thing called the atomizer on the web. Supposively it gives you 80% better gas mileage. What do you guys think? has anyone every tried or tested it?

popular science tested all these MPG gadgets, including the tornado and the the one pictured above. None worked and some hurt mileage, one that went on the plugwires melted and caught on fire. The tornado hurt power and mileage between 10 and 20%.

80% better would mean that we would almost cut our fuel consumption in half, i mean if they said 20% i would question it but 80% there is no need to read into it, no way no how could that work or everyone would use it

Atomization occurs at the injectors and the back of
the hot intake valve. There is no wet flow in these
motors and nothing you put in front of the intake
manifold or the fuel injectors will do diddly. At least,
not a positive sort of diddly.

I'm kind of new at this... but.. does the TB Bypass work? or is it Diddly too???
