what kind of power at what BSFC will this pump have to support? is this 305 pump a 305 lph pump? if so it should be strong enough for most street setups. that walbro should support your power. a 305 lph should be pushing fuel through the walbro. either way, look to the regulator or lines as a restriction. the fuel filter also can be a source of restriction.

The stock fuel system can handle about 450 RWHP. Im guessing that you are doin nothing more then a LS1 conversion. If that is the case then the stocker would be more then enough. A LS1 stocker. I havent a clue what teh stock stuff was in 91. If you do wanan upgrade the only one that i can comment on is the gss392. I have that on my car now AFTER the stock intank one and i make 600 rwhp on those alone.
I am currently dropping the tank out and puttin a whole new system in from back to front to be able to make more power.
If you are only planning on running the one inline pump with no other support, ie the stocker also, i wouldnt go over 500 rwhp NA. my 600 is with teh turbo. They require more fuel. GL
