Default fuel problem

Ok Im sure a few of u know who sinister is and Im sure u know the turbo setup he is running. Well were having a fuel problem and I want to get a few of u guys opinion. Im thinking his pumps maybe ******* up but Im not 100% sure. When he turns on the pumps his gauge reads 44psi and when u turn it off it drops down very quickly which makes me think its the pumps. When u have it running and rev it it drops pressure. Yes we know the gauge could be bad but it shouldnt drop that much and we have the screw for the regulater turned the whole way in. So the fuel pressure should be higher then what it is but it aint. So please give me ur opinion is it the pumps or is it the regulater.

Could have a split in one of the hoses (Intank I am assuming) could be bleading off som of you presure and getting worse when you take fuel like reving etc...the regulator could be bad, but they are very simple usually a diagham with a apring and a screw on the spring. They usuall work or they don't, but it is a lot easier to test that before pulling pumps.
