Default Are my SVO 30 injectors ok for a 402 LS2 build?

I currently have the SVO 30's from my cam only LS1 motor, which is blown by the way, and will be swapping over to a LS2 402 with a set of ET Performance heads and a healthy cam and was wondering if they would be ok for the new setup? I'm not sure how much power I'll make, but I'd imagine around 550 fwhp. With my high stalled non-lockup converter, big gear, big slick, probably around 440 to the wheels.

I'd hope you make more power than that with a 402, considering a big cam big gear big stall 30 inch tire 348cid I tuned made around 430 on the dyno.

The 30's will be nearing/at their limit on a 402 though, it wouldn't hurt to step up.

No, 30lb SVO will not be big enough. Buy a set of 42lb SVO green tops.

My cam only LS1 motor put just over 400 rwhp on the dyno and figured 56 more cubes and a nice set of heads had to be good for 50 rwhp which would put me around 560 fwhp at 450 rwhp. Again, 5500 stall, 4.56 gear, steel driveshaft, and 30" slicks takes a lot away. If it makes more than 50 hp, than I'd be thrilled. Just trying to think ahead and get things sorted out that way I have everything needed to build my new motor up. If they ended up not being enough, what would be the best injector for the new setup? Thanks.

Even though you auto will put down 460+ RWHP, your FWHP is way more than that. Don't take chances and don't be cheap, buy a set of 42lb SVO Green Tops.

This is the way I figurd it, if I gained 50 hp from the swap, which would put me around 450 rwhp, add 25% drivetrain loss, that would put me at 562.5 fwhp. I'm not trying to take chances or be cheap, I was just wondering what hp the SVO 30s were good for and if they're not enough, what would I need.

I make over 500 RWHP with SVO 30 lb/hr N/A, injectors are no where near max duty. Stepping up to 42 lb/hr can't hurt, though, and would probalby be a wise choice.

Please tell me your kidding.

Go log your car for WOT and compare your injector pulse width (milliseconds) against this chart, I bet you'll want to change them after you compare! Math doesn't lie!
