NOS octane boost? Raise octane by 60 points?

NOS octane boost? Raise octane by 60 points? Anyone ever use the NOS octane boost? It says on the package that it will raise the octane by 60 points or 6 full numbers per 12 gallons of pump gas fuel? 
what are your opinions on this stuff?
