Gas Gauge Not working
my gas gauge isn't working. It threw a code for the fuel sender unit. I can't remember the code off the top of my head but I'll get it later. What should I look into replacing to get it working again? I know on my truck I had to replace the whole sender unit but I'm not sure on this car. Any help would be great.
Also while I'm back there should I go ahead and upgrade my fuel pump? I know I don't need it yet but I figure it would be easier to do it now than later.

here is what the gauge does:
The gauge will read correctly till I get to 1/4 then it just won't work or it will not read correctly. But once I fill up the car it will read fine again. I had a code thrown and it had something to do with the sender unit but I'm not sure what the code number was or what exactly it said I just remember it was for the sender unit.
