Default Running on pure ethanol

I know ethanol blended fuels are widely available and used in the US, however, has anyone run an LS1 on pure ethanol? If so, what modifications are needed? My fuel system runs all teflon hoses... would the engine run without changing the hardware or do I need some different components?

I have run many LS1's in dirt track race cars on it. We were actually running E-98, and it runs awesome. Just have to compensate on the fuel injectors 24~28%. Do not recalibrate the ECM for the bigger injectors. That way it won't know the difference.
