Fuel system for non F-body LS1? My turbo LS1 motor is going into an 80 Malibu. The gas tank is an external pump type so I will need an inline pump. I'm estimating my motor to be in the 600-650hp area. What I have so far is a FAST 90 intake, NW 90TB, 50LB injectors and some Speed Inc fuel rails. I know I will need a pump and regulator. So my questions are:
What fuel pump and reg will I need for 650rwhp?
Will I need anything else?
How far can I go on the 50Lb injectors?

Just run the Aeromotive compact EFI regulator and an Aeromotive A1000 pump. The pump will be good for more HP later on if you decide. I don't know how much HP the 50# injectors are good for. If I had to ballpark guess, I would say 650hp.

I have never used an Aeromotive fule pump but there was a turbo car at the track last weekend running one and those pumps are REALLY LOUD!!!
Any alternative?

Yes they are VERY loud. We have been using the Weldon 600A pump it is very streetable and quiet. Fuelabs regulator and filters. Let me know I can set you up and complete the rest of your systems needs.
