Boosted 550rwhp-600rwhp..fuel system options.. opinions wanted!!!!
Ok.. I know this is fuel related.. but I need the opinion of fellow boosted buddies on this one.
I already have a thread going in the fuel forum but with 250 views and only 5 measly votes on my poll I figured Id try here instead.
Quick run down.. mods:
D1SC, 9-10psi, custom blower cam, 6.0L heads, 8rib setup, 60# mototrons, stock rails, stock fuel pump, Procharger supplied inline. *fresh fuel filter* Made 561rwhp @ 5900rpm.. 9psi.. 15* timing.. when we had to shut down because we ran out of fuel. We made more power then anticipated, or we would have done more fuel mods to start with. I want to stick with stock rails... and fuel lines... I really dont think those are necessary for me. Im trying to figure out what pump setup.
What to do about fuel? What are you guys using, those making similar power?
Racetronix recommends single intank + BAP. Other credible sources agree. Others say go totally overkill and do the duals. FWIW Im leaning on the single + BAP.
-Dual Intank Racetronix
-Dual Intank Racetronix + BAP (boost-a-pump)
-Single Intank Racetronix
-Single Intank Racetronix + BAP
I need to get this damn thing ordered and installed real soon... summer is just around the corner. Im tired of short shifting my car with this potent setup I have going.
PLEASE VOTE AND COMMENT! THANK YOU!

I'm running a single Racetronix intank, with the ATI in-line, and an Aero 1000 regulator & it seems fine. I'm making 540 at the tires (or ~700 at the motor) with Motron 60s & carry 55 psi + to 7000 rpm @ 7 lbs of boost (65 psi at idle). So your plan will work, but I will probably need to add a BAP when I upgrade to a D-1SC. Like others said, you can't have TOO much fuel.....

Another Q for you guys, I already have a inline Procharger pump.... I believe its just a 255lph inline? Im not sure of the specs on it.
If I LEAVE that there... and install a Racetronix intank with a BAP... should be good to go, right?
*edit*
Oh yeah.. thanks for all the replies, appreaciate it!

I run a single racetronix pump with no BAP and have no issues. I converted to '97 rails though. It's a cheap and effective swap that looks stock as can be.
