Default Fuel too rich??

Well my SES light came on about 2 weeks ago so i ran a scan. What i got back was Bank 1 fuel too rich, Bank 2 fuel too rich. Ive had it dyno'd about 5 months ago too match the fuel with the air ratio because it was running too lean after removing the MAF sensor screen and installing the ram air kit. It worked fine untill 2 weeks ago. What do i do and is this a major problem?

see about your tuner and what he did. there is WOT tuning and part throttle tuning. he shouldn't have had to mess with too much part throttle tuning... he probably changed it too much

A mechanic told me that it could be because of the weather because fuel runs more lean in hot weather and richer in cooler weather. Is this true?
