Want to run e-85 how high can I run my compression?

Want to run e-85 how high can I run my compression? If things work out I'm building a tsp 408. I'm going to run e-85 so I can go high compression. This is my weekend only car so I just want it to be baddass fast.
E-85 has 105-110 octane. This car will most likely have the texas giant cam. I have 42lb injectors but I'm not sure how to calculate inj. size especially when using e-85. I know you spray 30 % more fuel but if someone can calculate what injectors I will need that would be great. I want a high compression motor for extra power that will also see big shots of n2o (200-250)
