Default Injectors for a pre-2003 4.8/5.3

I have a 2002 4.8 with a 2003 intake manifold.
I bought a cable TB and now need the injectors.
What size/year/make/model can I hunt around for?
My project is all about being cheap, so I'm looking
to see what injectors I can hunt for on eBay, etc.

Will 28# LS1 fuel injectors work in a pre-2003 4.8/5.3?

I have a good set of 2000 injectors still on my car that I'll be swapping for larger one in a week or so. PM me if you are interested.

The truck injectors are completely different than the car injectors. Car injectors won't work in a truck intake and the harness connections are different.

Stock 02 and 03 truck injectors are 24.7#, a direct swap upgrade are stock 8.1 truck injectors (31#) or 8.1 marine injectors (42#).

Are you sure? I'm hearing that the LS1 injectors will work fine.
And they're much easier to find (cheaply) than truck injectors!
