Default MSD BAP and Racetronics Hotwire not working

I'm trying to figure out what happened here. I just purchased a racetronics hotwire kit to add to my MSD BAP that was already installed and can't seem to get any voltage to the pump now. My car was working fine with the MSD BAP, but once I started unsplicing **** and putting it back to stock the voltage stopped going to the pump. Am I supposed to leave the relay that comes with the BAP and just splice it with the yellow wire (out ot BAP) so this thing can work. I checked all the grounds and fuses, which they all check ok. The only wire that has power is the wire coming from the alternator. Any help is greatly appreciated. This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I just checked the wire with power (alternator wire) goes to the rear of the car and goes into a box I guess a relay and when it comes back out no power.. What the hell the last time I installed a hot wire on my gn it wasn't near as difficult as this ****.. One other thing should'nt I have power if I plug in the original plug on the sending unit. Sorry guys, but with the amount of problems I've been having with my car it sometimes loose it..
