Not more than a few pounds. IMO, if you want to go boosted, you need BARE MINIMUM a good fuel system. Even then, with the stock bottom end of the car you are looking at running a small amount of boost unless you are looking to rebuild the motor soon.
Basically stated, theres no way you can cheeply go forced induction on an F-body. Sure, if you get a killer deal on a blower, and get bigger injectors and a better fuel pump you might be able to see an extra 75 HP or so, but is that really worth the thousands for the fuel system and the blower? Its much more cost effective IMO to go with a good heads/cam/and intake setup. This will yeild you the same ball park HP, and cost MUCH less. Not to mention your stock motor and fuel system should support it.

Not neccisarily. Boost and juice are different things. Although they both can do damage to a stock motor. There have been some people to run 6-8#'s on a stock bottom end LT1 before. Most all of them at bare minimum upgraded the fuel system though. Even then, most see about 25,000 max before they fry a piston or something else goes wrong. Some don't make it that long.
The only safe way to run any boost will be to upgrade your fuel system. Even then, IMO, you aren't going to be able to run much boost on the stock bottom end without detonation. The CR is too high in the stock motors, and the pistons are not forged.
As before though, you can run juice and or boosted applications, and they may last for a while on the stock bottom end, but eventually my guess is that you will run into an engine rebuild. Without doing a fuel system, expect to do a rebuild even sooner.
