Default Hard starting after walbro pump install

I installed the walbro pump in my 99 ls1 and the engine won't start right away like it use too. I have to like prime it first and will start. When i had my stock pump on there it use to start right away. I checked the pressure after the install and the pressure was raised like few more pressure then stock. I guess it will raise the pressure since the walbro is for higher horse power unit. So my question is do i need to get a tune after installing these pumps since it raised the pressure then stock?
