I think im in the right area. I have a 2006 5.3l silverado. I was wondering how much fuel pressure can the stock pump actually put out? Also does it have a return fuel line?

You won't be able to change the output pressure of the pump. The Regulator is inside the fuel tank and is not adjustable. There is no return line. 2004 and up trucks have a returnless fuel system, hence the regulator in the tank.
