Default Fuel Level Sender Ohms

I plan on sumping a stock tank. I am going to use an lt1 tank and use the lt1 fuel sender with 99+ plug. The car is wired as a 2002, I have read that the 99+ cars do not use the 0-90ohm sending unit. Can anyone confirm this and tell me what my best bet would be?

Thanks,
Ryan

I know that the lt1 and 98 sender are 0-90 but what at the 99-02 sender's ohms? Also If I use the lt1 sender can I use the guage guage from an lt1 car in the cluster?
