Default Can Someone Identify This Part on the Fuel Assembly?

The round white plastic thing in this picture. Its on the fuel assembly. I am trying to bypass my CCP but I am assuming that I need to leave a vent open so I am wondering if I can block off the other CCP port that is on the fuel assembly and just leave this one open.

Yeah stock Fuel Assembly. So N8 you said that its the vent? Can I just leave that port open then and plug the other port where the CCP tube stuff is? Right now I have them BOTH plugged and it's causing some bad pressure issues when I remove my cap.
