Default Fouling plugs.

My car has recently decided that it has a drinking problem. It has used a 1/4 of a tank in just over 50 miles and has fouled two sets of plugs. The car is not throwing a SES light though. When you turn the key on also you can see the fuel pressure start to drop slowly. The car was running fair, but alittle rich, but now this is getting on my nerves. I'm in the process of trying to get it in to get it on the dyno here at Texas Speed but can't seem to keep plugs in it long enough to get it out there. Any ideas will be greatly appriciated.
